Nigerian disc jockey (DJ) cum singer, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has asked her fans to be patient with her as she is still trying to perfect her music.

In a post shared on her X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram page on Wednesday, Cuppy noted that although she promised to release new music this year, she is still perfecting her act.

DJ Cuppy who recently confirmed that she is no longer in a romantic relationship with her British boyfriend, Ryan Taylor said she needs time to make sure she gets it right. She said:

“I posted something the other day which is so true. I promised my fans that I will drop music this year, it has been almost four years since my debut and only album.

“But, let me say it again, God’s timing is the best even if it doesn’t align with your ego. I wanna make sure I get music right. And at 30, I feel I have another proper shot, and I’ve small small energy. So, be patient with me.”

Recall DJ Cuppy hinted that she and her estranged fiancé, Ryan Taylor are no longer on talking terms. Both took down numerous photos of themselves from from social media.

Cuppy got engaged to British street boxer, Ryan Taylor last November but they broke up 8 months later in July 2023.

In a video gaining traction online, DJ Cuppy spoke about her life experiences, educational background, her admission to a notable university in the world, and the moment she almost failed her degree at Oxford University.

In a fresh statement, the billionaire’s heiress revealed that about a year ago, she got engaged but is currently no longer engaged.
