- Controversial Nigerian singer Brymo has boasted of being the finest vocalist there is on the entire continent.
- The Ara hitmaker also threw shade at the current top three Nigerian artistes, Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy.
- Brymo added that he would rather burn in hell than be signed by either of them.
Controversial Nigerian singer, Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ, popularly known as Brymo, has vowed never to sign with the record labels of any of his colleagues, Ayodeji Balogun alias “Wizkid”, David Adeleke also known as “Davido” or Damini Ogulu better known as “Burna Boy”.
Despite Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy being regarded as the biggest names in Afrobeats, Brymo said he would rather “go to hell” than sign with any of their labels.
The ‘Ara’ crooner featured as a guest on the latest episode of the Bae U Barbie show, ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask.’ In Brymo’s words:
“I am the finest vocalist on the continent. I am better than anybody on the continent. I am a better songwriter, I’m the best.”
“I would rather go to hell than sign to Wizkid, Davido or Burna Boy.”
In other news, videos of controversial Nigerian singer Portable arriving at the Ikeja City Mall for Ajakaju’s meet-and-greet with filmmaker cum actress Eniola Ajao has gone viral.
In one of the trending clips, Portable tackled Eniola Ajao for crowning a crossdresser, Bobrisky, the best-dressed female, at the premiere of her movie.
He noted during the conversation with Eniola Ajao that even if it was a joke, it is wrong and disrespectful to all the women who attended her movie, Beast of Two Worlds: Ajakaju premiere.
During the confrontation, the actress repeatedly tried to cover Portable’s mouth with her hand in a bid to stop him from talking about the best-dressed saga but the singer didn’t budge.
