Cubana Chief Priest, a close friend of Davido, has expressed his admiration for Adedeji Adeleke’s recent accomplishment.
Adedeji Adeleke, a billionaire businessman and Davido’s father, revealed his significant contribution to Nigeria’s electricity generation and his plans for a new power plant.
Cubana Chief Priest in reaction took to Instagram to share his pride and awe, stating that Davido’s fathers’ testimony kept him up all night.
He humorously thanked God for being part of the 30BG (Davido’s fan base) rather than a Chosen.
He wrote:
“Couldn’t Sleep Last Night, That My Inlaw Testimony No Gree Me Close Eyes. So Na This Kind Money Dey Wey We Go Still Chop. This One Na Just One Power Plant. Chai !!! Thank God I’m Not A Chosen, I’m A 30BG”.
Few weeks ago, Davido’s dad Adedeji Adeleke announced N1bn donation to church .
This generous gesture was made in honour of his late mother, Madam Esther Adeleke, during a Thanksgiving service held at the church’s headquarters in Lagos.
Dr. Adeleke’s announcement was met with applause and loud chants from the congregation.
Dignitaries such as Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, Gov. Ademola Adeleke of Osun, and Gov. Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State all smiled in approval.
Making the announcement, Dr Adeleke said:
“On behalf of our late mother, senior mother in Israel, late Mrs Esther Adeleke, we want to contribute to the endowment fund, Centenary Endowment Fund. We are contributing the sum of N1 billion.”
