Diddy is currently facing charges for sex trafficking and racketeering.

He was recently arrested in New York and jailed ahead of sex crime trials.

The arrest followed a grand jury indictment, with Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, expressing disappointment and criticism towards the US Attorney’s Office for pursuing what he considers an unjust prosecution.

Agnifilo highlighted Sean Combs’ voluntary cooperation with the investigation and his decision to travel to New York in anticipation of the charges.

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

“Sean Combs is a music icon, a loving family man, self-made entrepreneur and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire and working to uplift the Black community.
