On her Instagram story, she emphasized the significance of wearing wedding rings, highlighting their role as a symbol of commitment and a public declaration of one’s relationship status.
Sonia Ighalo encouraged married people to always wear their wedding rings, noting that it helps to avoid confusion among singles.
She added that it would make it easier for singles to identify their relationship status.
She wrote:
“Married people in Lagos, please always wear your wedding rings. They are a symbol of commitment to your significant other and a public statement to total strangers. Stop confusing singles out there.
At least make e dey easy for us to know how many of us remain”.
