Nollywood actor Vincent Opurum, who was recently in the news over a video of him and some colleagues at Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (BCS), known as Olumba Olumba headquarters in Calabar, Cross River, led by Olumba Olumba Obu, has broken in silence.

The viral video saw Vincent Opurum, in his address to the congregation, share how a friend invited him to the event to celebrate with Olumba Olumba Obu.

Not stopping there, the Nollywood actor who said he was not a religious person, however, admitted to seeing the truth after attending Olumba Olumba. Referring to Olumba Olumba as the ‘King of Kings,’ Vincent also requested a golden handshake from the cleric on his behalf and his colleagues, which he granted.

Amid the backlash that trailed the video, especially after he acknowledged Olumba Olumba Obu as the ‘King of Kings and ‘Lord of Lords,’ the actor has seemingly responded to his critics.

Vincent posted a video of him at a place that looked like a church as he displayed his dance moves with Christian music being sung at the background.

The actor was also seen singing Christian songs delivered in the Igbo language in excitement.

In another post, Vincent Opurum urged his followers not to pick sides till they hear the whole story.

Captioning the video, Vincent Opurum wrote in a caption:

“One with God is majority. Dance for the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.”

In a more recent post, he wrote:

“Don’t pick sides until you know the full story… ..some people are really skilled at making others look bad..
Happy weekend fam 💯.”
