Adekunle Gold jubilates as sister graduates University of West London

Nigerian singer Adekunle Kosoko, aka Adekunle Gold, was in an exciting mood as his sister Adekunbi Kosoko graduated from the University of West London.

It was a proud moment for the singer who shared the news and pictures from the event on his Instagram page.

The father of one noted that their father would be smiling in his grave. Adekunle and Adekunbi’s father is late and was buried at Iko Cemetry in Lagos on May 30, 2019.

Adekunbi described Adekunle as the best brother ever and added that she loves him. In a video, she shared how her brother congratulated her and her face beamed with smiles.

Several colleagues and fans of the music star also celebrated his sister on her special day. Adekunle Gold’s wife, singer Simi also congratulated her sister in-law and shared how proud she was about her graduation.

The singer wrote:

“The part where my sister graduates 🎓
So proud of you @adekunbee ❤️
I know daddy is smiling rn.”

In the comment section of the post, Adekunbi wrote: “Best brother ever! Thank you, AG. I love you.” While Simi reacted; “So proud of you sis.”

A month ago, Adekunle Gold lamented economic hardship in Nigeria in a post he made on social media.

The singer to buttress his point stated that he wished the now defunct Psquare group just sang their hit song ‘E No Easy’ this year.

Adekunle Gold added that he has things to add to the song and would have loved to express himself on verse 3 of the single.
