Nigerian comedian Gbadamosi Agbonjor Jonathan, popularly known as MC Edo Pikin, recently took a playful jab at BBNaija star Deeone, real name Aderombi Adedayo Martin, teasingly spilled that his online feud with activist Verydarkman might run deeper than it seems.
For weeks, Deeone has been relentless, churning out content after content against VDM, fueling an ongoing internet rivalry.
But during MOP LIVE, LAUGH N STOCK showat Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, on Sunday March 2, where Deeone was also present, MC Edo Pikin cheekily threw a fresh angle into the mix.
While entertaining the crowd, the comedian teased that Deeone’s issue with Verydarkman might not just be about their social media clashes, but something more personal.
He joked that Deeone’s relentless attacks on VDM could stem from an unspoken resentment, imagined that his internet nemesis might secretly be the voice behind Big Brother himself.
Drawing laughter, the comedian hinted that Deeone, who had an early and unceremonious exit from BBNaija Season 4 in 2020, might still be haunted by the experience.

This comes just days after Deeone, while speaking on Nedu’s Honest Bunch podcast, stirred controversy with a bold claim about his rival.
The BBNaija star alleged that Verydarkman does not belong to the ‘straight’ community of men, insisted with certainty that the activist is into men, a statement that instantly went viral across social media.
In a more recent video, Deeone doubled down, took full responsibility for his words on the podcast. Rather than backtracking, he threw down the gauntlet, dared Verydarkman to take legal action.
With unshaken confidence, he declared that he had enough evidence to stand by his claims.
