Anticipation is reaching fever pitch as Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), Nigeria’s most-watched reality TV show, gears up for its landmark 10th season.
After months of speculation and online buzz, the show’s organizers have officially confirmed the return of the fan-favorite series—promising what they call the “BIGGEST gameplay and reality drama that is Certified! No Zero, No Minus.”
In a post shared via the show’s verified Instagram page, fans were given a glimpse of what to expect this year.
“For nine unforgettable years, Biggie’s camera hasn’t missed a thing – the drama, the kisses, the sneaky games. We’ve seen it all. But now…” the teaser began, fueling curiosity and excitement across social media platforms.
The post confirmed that the new season will once again be aired on Africa Magic Showcase and Africa Magic Family, as has been tradition in previous editions.
However, it’s the return of the drama, the unexpected twists, and the reality-packed storytelling that has fans on edge. With many eager to see who the new housemates will be and what format Biggie will deploy, BBNaija Season 10 is already shaping up to be one of the most talked-about shows of the year.
According to the organizers, the show will adopt a double launch format, a move that has now become synonymous with the BBNaija experience. The back-to-back opening ceremonies are scheduled to take place on July 26 and 27, 2025, offering fans an extended weekend of introductions, suspense, and surprises.
During a press briefing on Wednesday, the organisers also revealed that this year’s winner will take home a staggering N150 million — the highest grand prize in the show’s history since its debut in 2006.
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will be returning as the host of the 2025 reality TV show.
