Notable singer Tiwa Savage has opened up again about the leak of her bedroom video with her partner, revealing it happened while she was still grieving the loss of her father.
Speaking in an interview with Zeze Mills, Savage described the experience as the lowest point of her life, adding that she managed to cope by trying not to dwell on it.
She said …
“It was a space of like two months where my dad died and my sex tape was released.”
Recall that the incident, which occurred in October 2021, made headlines after the tape surfaced online.
In a previous interview with Power 105.1’s Angie Martinez, Savage disclosed that the leak was the work of someone attempting to blackmail her.
She said the individual tried to extort money from her, but she refused to give in to the demand.
