Celebrity Gig

Popular Nigerian comedian and content creator, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, better known as Sabinus, has captured public admiration after unveiling a completed road construction project he personally funded in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

In a video shared on his social media pages, the skit maker proudly displayed the transformation of a once-dilapidated road at First Mechanic, Alakahia, along the East–West Road.

The footage revealed a stark contrast between the road’s previous poor condition — riddled with potholes and nearly impassable — and its now smooth, freshly paved surface.

His remarks were accompanied by visible excitement as he showed both the “before” and “after” clips.

This latest update follows an earlier viral video from the start of the month, which showed Sabinus actively participating in the project.

In that footage, he was seen alongside a team of workers and heavy machinery, grading the road, filling potholes, and overseeing repair works. At one point, he engaged in a discussion with a presumed site engineer, that underscored his hands-on involvement.
