Nollywood actress Tawa Ajisefini is celebrating a major milestone in her family, as her son Abdulqayyum Alli marked his first birthday in style.
The proud mum took to Instagram to pen an emotional tribute, describing her little boy as “the most precious gift we could ever receive.” Overflowing with joy, she wrote:
“You’ve turned one today, but you’ve already stolen all our hearts. One year ago, the world became brighter when you arrived. Your first year has been pure magic. To the best son and best friend Allah gave me, I wish you a happy birthday, okomi… my sugar plum, my heart beats, my wine and dine. May Allah bless your existence.”
To celebrate, Tawa shared adorable family photos featuring herself, her husband Mr. Alli, and their son in coordinated white-and-blue outfits. The couple, all smiles as they posed barefoot, radiated warmth and happiness alongside their birthday boy, who looked charming in a white round-neck shirt and matching underwear.
The actress ended her post with a prayer of gratitude, thanking Allah for blessing her family and expressing excitement for the years ahead.
The couple welcomed their son in 2024, after five years of waiting.
Tawa Ajisefini and Mayowa Alli tied the knot in 2019.
Meanwhile, in July, Nollywood actress and producer Omoni Oboli celebrated her granddaughter Naya’s first birthday.
Taking to Instagram, the proud grandmother shared an adorable photo of little Naya seated in a hot pink toy Corvette, parked next to a real grey one. The filmmaker wrote:
“Our hearts are overflowing with joy.
The Princess of the Oboli clan turned 1
Happy birthday precious Naya
I prayed and longed for you and God brought you to us. The smartest, happiest, and most beautiful baby girl ever.”
Omoni Oboli added that loving Naya is God’s best gift to her and gushed over how much joy the little one brings to their entire family.
