May Yul-Edochie, the estranged wife of actor Yul Edochie, has issued a cease-and-desist letter to Yinka Theisen, the former lover of Linc Edochie, accusing her of cyberstalking, cyberbullying, and defamation.
The letter, released by her legal team, Graylaw Partners, alleged that Yinka has been making posts that “cyberstalk and cyberbully her by posting falsehood against her on his social media platforms.”
According to May, Yinka’s posts go beyond ordinary defamation, amounting to ridicule, harmful conduct, and a deliberate attack on her reputation, while also endangering her safety through malicious threats and false claims allegedly made by Yinka or encouraged by her.
She further alleged that the posts incited others to spread the damaging content, thereby worsening the impact and causing her severe, irreparable harm.
May is demanding that Yinka immediately cease such publications, retract previous posts, issue a public apology, and publish retractions across all platforms. In addition, she is seeking N500 million in damages.
