Nollywood superstar Yvonne Jegede has ignited a flurry of reactions online with her controversial remarks about colleagues Yul Edochie’s polygamous choice and Regina Daniels’ marriage to Billionaire politician Ned Nwoko.

In a fiery interview on The Honest Bunch podcast, Yvonne Jegede made a compelling case for Yul Edochie, who faced widespread disapproval after his controversial decision to marry colleague Judy Austin as his second wife.

Yvonne argued that Yul Edochie hasn’t done anything wrong, pointing out that many of his critics come from polygamous families themselves.

She challenged the inconsistency in their condemnation, pointing out that the same people vilifying Edochie are lauding Regina Daniels, who is also in a polygamous marriage.

Jegede pointed out that people frequently use Regina Daniels as a role model, aspiring to be in her position despite the comparable complexities of her marital arrangement.

Her words;

You see this Yul Edochie ehnnn, 99% of people abusing him are from second wives, third wives, fourth wives ahd fifth wives. Sometimes wife that the family doesn’t know about.
