In a recent podcast appearance, Bovi had shared his approach to parenting, which emphasizes a non-punitive approach to discipline.

During the podcast, Bovi mentioned that he does not physically discipline his children, and shared a story about his son’s behavior.

In response to the backlash, Bovi took to social media to apologize for any offense his comments may have caused.

Bovi also emphasized that his own upbringing did not involve physical punishment, and that he is committed to raising his children in a similar manner.

“I don go trigger angry people because of the phrase I used . “For the fun of it”. Make una no vex. In trying to color my point, I’ve offended a shallow mob. You don’t have to agree with me. If you have children you want to beat, enjoy. My papa no physically beat me and I turned out almost ok.”
